When a staff member selects the “Lockbox Process” link in the RiSE staff site and uploads the lockbox file, ISG Lockbox for iMIS EMS reads the member ID, dues product code, and payment amount, writes that information to iMIS EMS, and notifies the staff member via email when the process is completed.
